General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
All forms of temporary use of apartments provided by Košice City Centre Rental Apartments, including short-term, medium-term and long-term rental, are governed by the General Terms and Conditions (GTC), which constitute the uniform, binding and decisive legal framework for every contractual relationship between the Lessor and the Lessee.
The GTC form an integral part of every lease agreement. For short-term and medium-term rentals, the GTC are made available to the Lessee upon request prior to the establishment of the contractual relationship; failure to request them does not affect their validity, effectiveness or binding force.
By submitting a reservation, confirming a reservation (including electronically), making any payment, taking over the apartment or commencing its use, the Lessee expressly confirms that they had a real opportunity to review the GTC, understood their content and unconditionally agrees to them, even if they did not explicitly request them.
The GTC regulate in particular the formation of the contractual relationship, methods of contract conclusion, rights and obligations of the contracting parties, payment terms, conditions of apartment use and consequences of breach of contractual obligations, and are legally binding even without the conclusion of a separate written agreement.
