All appliances in our apartments are covered by a 24-month warranty period. During this time, we provide free repairs for material or manufacturing defects.
- Express Assistance: Faults identified within the first 12 months are handled with high priority.
- Professional Technicians: Services are performed exclusively by certified external brand specialists.
The warranty is designed to protect appliance functionality under normal use. It does not apply to:
- Consumables: Batteries, light bulbs, filters (air, water, carbon).
- Aesthetic Elements: Scratches, plastic discoloration, or damage to glass and plastic shelves caused by handling.
- Improper Use: Defects caused by unauthorized intervention, overloading, or use contrary to the manual.
In case of a malfunction, please contact us immediately through our customer service (phone, email, or online chat).
- Coordination: Based on the defect description, we will assign the request to the appropriate specialist.
- Scheduling: A technician will contact you to arrange a repair appointment directly at the apartment.
- Replacement: If the repair is not feasible, we will provide a new appliance of equal value.
These conditions apply to all our apartments. Even after the 24-month period expires, our network of service partners remains available to resolve technical challenges, guaranteeing the long-term functionality of your home.
